La justification et la mise en oeuvre de tous les régimes alimentaires particuliers , leurs indications et leurs limites y sont largement développées. Ce livre, qui propose une approche globale résultant de l'état des connaissances médicales et scientifiques actuelles, s'adresse à tout professionnel de santé concerné par l'équilibre alimentaire et l'adaptation nutritionnelle.
